Hunyuan Qigong, Taiji, & Bagua Classes

With over twenty years of experience in Hunyuan Qigong, Taijiquan, and Baguazhang, and over thirty years training in Asian martial arts, head instructor Matthew Sieradski has been teaching students in Eugene, Oregon since 2005. Assistant Instructor Ashby Klenk has been practicing Hunyuan Taiji for over eight years and has over twenty years of martial arts experience.

On Tuesday and Thursday mornings we host a Free Qigong Class in Washington park from 8:30 to 9:30am, unless it's raining or smoky. All are welcome regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Qigong is not calisthenics so dress warmly! Further study of these arts is available to those who show deep interest and commitment. On Tuesday evenings from 6pm to 8pm, Matt teaches a class in Taiji/Qigong/Bagua in the Great Mother Sanctuary.
